Product Care and Disclaimers
- If leather gets dirty due to wear, wipe with warm and/or lightly soapy water, then pat dry with a towel. Do not expose foil monograms to hand sanitiser, alcohol or harsh chemicals as this may cause the delicate foil to fade.
- This item is NOT designed to be overfilled to the top. Overfilling this item will put strain on the zipper and it may not close smoothly as desired. The item will function best when there is a comfortable fit of items inside, recommended less than 1kg.
- Leather is a natural material and can have slight characteristics which may vary from item to item (eg. marks, creases and slight discolourations). The leather may also age after sufficient use and exposure to sunlight and moisture, causing a change in colour and/or stretch of the leather. This is not considered a faulty or defect, but a natural feature of genuine leather items. These features must be considered during purchase.Â
Shipping Information
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. Returns & Refunds
Due to the permanent nature of leather monogramming, a refund or exchange cannot be offered upon change of mind, under any circumstance, after the item has been monogrammed. Please choose items wisely as refunds WILL NOT be offered due to change of mind after purchase. This applies to all discounted items.
In the very unlikely event that an item is faulty or has a manufacturing issue upon purchase, please show your proof of purchase within 14 days and a full refund OR exchange will be processed (*only an exchange to an item of equal or lesser value will be approved). If 14 days have past since the purchase date, a refund or exchange may not be offered under any circumstance. All shipping fees are non-refundable. This applies to all discounted items.

Shipping costs to send items to our office studio are non-refundable and will be completely covered by the customer.
